An online schedule that allows you yo book clients without the 5million emails going backward and forward to choose a time. Link your payment processor to get paid before the job is booked and create questionnaires to get all client information before their appointment. Hot tip - this is free when you use Squarespace
Gmail
The daddy of all software, allows you to send an email, create documents, save them on the drive that you can access from anywhere and chat with your team via hangouts.
Convertkit
Email marketing software that allows you to easily create landing pages, automate emails, segment your audience and increase sales. This does have a bit of a learning curve but totally worth it.
Canva
A drag and drop online program that allows you to easily create logos, business cards, social media images as well as other marking materials https://www.canva.com/join/perched-pour-macaroni
Zoom
Video/audio calls and screen recording to keep in contact with clients from anywhere in the world
Teachable
Create and sell your online course with this simple and easy to use platform. Very user-friendly and can be accessed via mobile for your students
Asana
Organise and plan your projects and tasks, suitable for solopreneur or big teams
Xero
Online accounting software that will keep you compliant and should save money with your accountant too!
