If you have been closed for a while, now is a really great opportunity to let your clients know that you are back baby!!
Make sure that you follow these steps in this EXACT order.
1) Contact your existing clients via phone or email to let them know that you are reopening. If possible gift them with a discount voucher to welcome them back.
This will make them feel special and it is easier & cheaper to sell to an existing client than win a new client.
2) THEN update social media.
Add new clients to a waitlist and state that existing clients will get priority. This will build exclusivity for your business and show everyone how well you treat existing clients
